We will begin including all documents—Invoice, Packing Slip, Certificate of Analysis (COA), and Safety Data Sheet (SDS/MSDS)—both in print with your shipment and by email in PDF format.
This will be a starting point as we integrate these steps into our current procedures. It will not be perfect at launch, and we appreciate your patience as we continue to improve.
