ROAD TO CERTIFICATION

We understand the importance of meeting certification requirements for our customers, and we are actively working towards obtaining ISO 9001: 2015 certification.
Our Progress Toward Certification:
Since 2023, we have taken significant steps to align our operations with ISO 9001:2015 standards. Here’s an overview of our progress:
- Assessment: We have evaluated our Quality Management System (QMS) and identified areas for improvement.
- Implementation: Systems and processes have been put in place to meet compliance standards, including facility organization and structured workflows.
- Documentation: We are actively developing and formalizing all required QMS documentation.
While we do not yet have official ISO 9001 certification, we are well into the process, including the implementation of our new quality system and the selection of a certification body.
Product Documentation & Repackaging Information
- For new orders, we can provide manufacturer documentation, including batch numbers and manufacturing dates on sealed boxes or drums.
- For repackaged products in jars or pails, even when handled in our cleanroom, we do not send them for recertification or retesting.
- Jars and pails, depending on your requirements, will contain a disclaimer on the COA, which may be accepted in some cases, while in others, might not be.
Certification Timeline
- End of Spring 2025: Completion of documentation phase
- End of Summer 2025: Addressing any required adjustments
- Fall 2025: Internal verification inspection
- Winter 2025: Formal audit
- Spring 2026: Expected issuance of ISO 9001: 2015 certification
