7 days for refunds, returns, or exchanges when:

Procedure
- Please inform us of the issue by sending an email to info@ingredientdepot.com.
- We will provide you with a unique code to mark on the inside of the box.
- We will also email you a free return shipping label.
- Once we receive the returned product(s), if an exchange is requested, we'll expedite and dispatch your replacement within one business day.
Refunds
We process your refund within one business day of returned parcel.
Please note, depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take between 1 to 7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your statement. Such delays are industry-standard due to credit card payment processing for online purchases.
