Certificate of Analysis (COA) and Safety Document

The COA for any product on the website can be viewed online.

When you select a product picture, it will be enlarged.

Contact our compliance team if you are a customer and would like a copy of the COA or Safety Document in PDF format.

Within a few hours to a few business days, the PDF document(s) will be sent to you via email.

Bags, boxes, drums, or IBC tanks

Products received by Ingredient Depot come in a wide range of certifications and grades.

When purchasing these larger sizes, the manufacturer's certifications carries over.

Bottles, jars, jugs, or pails

Smaller-sized products in bottles, jars, jugs and pails are labelled and shipped as bulk chemicals.

Industry-related

Some of our products are available to industry-related companies (beverage, chemical manufacturing, cosmetic, food manufacturing, pharmaceutical, supplementation, analysis/research or industrial applications). These products are not for sale to the general public, either because handling the material requires specialized equipment, prevents abuse, or is required to adhere to local or federal laws specific to the country of the shipping address.

Shipping

  • Shipping is free of charge to Canada and the United States.
  • We ship Internationally to 43 Countries listed below.
  • We're located and ship from Beauharnois, Quebec, Canada.
  • We prepare orders Monday to Friday, 5 am to 5 pm Eastern time.
  • Most orders received before 7 am depart the same business day.
  • The tracking link and updates are emailed automatically.
  • The tracking link takes up to 1 business day to show movement.
  • Wholesale orders may take a few business days to prepare.

Canada

  • Free Shipping: 2 to 8 business days
  • Xpresspost: 2 to 3 business days
  • Priority: 1 to 2 business days

UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.

Receiving your invoice

  • We include a paper copy with every order.
  • Please send us your order number for an electronic (PDF) copy.

Refund

Our commitment is simple: quality products at competitive prices. Internal processes ensure accuracy and speed fulfilling orders. While our sales are final, we understand that errors happen. In such cases, we are here to assist and ensure customer satisfaction.

7 days for refunds, returns, or exchanges when:

  • Incorrect products have been delivered.
  • Products arrive damaged or broken.

Procedure

  • Please send an email to info@ingredientdepot.com, detailing the issue.
  • We will provide you with a unique code to mark on the inside of the box.
  • Following your notification, we will email you a free return shipping label.
  • Once we receive the returned product(s), if an exchange is requested, we'll expedite and dispatch your replacement within one business day.

Refund

  • We process your refund within one business day of returned parcel.

Please note, depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take between 1 to 7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your statement. Such delays are industry-standard due to credit card payment processing for online purchases.
