Can I get a CofA with lot number for a sealed bag, box or drum?
When requested for your purchase, our compliance team will issue a CofA document that includes the lot number. Please send your CofA request by visiting the document request page. Please include your compliance email address so our team can get back to you if needed.
How do we repackage products?
You are invited to view a few raw materials being repackaged.
Can I get a CofA with lot number?
When your compliance team needs a lot number on the CofA for a bottle, jar, jug or pail. Our compliance team will add a statement indicating the product was repackaged but not recertified or retested.
Do we recertify or retest bottles, jars, jugs or pails?
We do not recertify or retest after repackaging. Products in bottles, jars, jugs and pails are labelled and shipped as bulk chemicals, not for personal consumption.
Certification and testing
External laboratory testing after repackaging bottles, jars, jugs and pails is available for a fee. Please contact us with your testing requirements; we will provide you with a quotation within 24-48 hours.
Some of our products are available to industry-related companies (beverage, chemical manufacturing, cosmetic, food manufacturing, pharmaceutical, supplementation, analysis/research or industrial applications). These requirements are in place to protect the public, either because handling the material requires specialized equipment, prevents abuse, or is required to adhere to local or federal laws specific to the country of the shipping address.

Processing orders
Our daily cutoff time is 6 am Eastern time.

Express shipping options are not guaranteed overnight; they are the quickest possible option.
